Dot VN, Inc. Announces .VN Domain Registration Increased 143% in 1st Quarter 2007, and Engagement of 2 New Resellers

Dot VN, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Dot VN" or the "Company") (www.DotVN.com), (Pink Sheets:DTVI - News), an Internet and Telecommunications Company and the authorized global domain name registrar (www.VN) for the Country of Vietnam, announced today that the total number of .VN domain names registered online by Dot VN increased 143% for the first quarter of 2007 as compared to 2006.

Also during this period, based on Vietnam Internet Network Information Center's ("VNNIC"), (www.VNNIC.net.VN) statistics, Vietnam Internet users grew from about 12.2 million to over 15.1 million (increased of 24%), resulting in penetration of 18% of the population. These dramatic increases in .VN domain registrations and Internet user population are mainly due to Vietnam joining the World Trade Organization (WTO) on January 11, 2007, increased foreign direct investment over $2.5 billion and real estate development expansion in Vietnam.

In other news, Dot VN has engaged with 2 new international domain resellers to register and promote .VN domain names worldwide. The new resellers, TSM International (www.TSMIntl.com) and Creartive.com (www.Creartive.com.tw) are expected to expand global sales of .VN domains. Currently, VNNIC manages over thirty eight thousand (38,000) domain names under registry. Dot VN reports a retention rate of over ninety five percent (95%) for domain names renewed by the registrants. Presently, Dot VN has over fifty (50) resellers outside of Vietnam and a total of over seventy (70) worldwide.
