Kamran Pourzanjani, Former CEO and Founder of PriceGrabber.com, Joins Oversee.net's Board of Directors

Los Angeles, California - Oversee.net, a technology-driven online marketing solutions company, announced that Kamran Pourzanjani, former CEO and Founder of PriceGrabber.com, had joined its Board of Directors. Pourzanjani founded Pricegrabber in 1999, and built it into a leading online shopping comparison site before it was acquired by Experian in 2005.

Pourzanjani has over 25 years experience in developing and managing technology, system integration and software development companies. Prior to PriceGrabber, he was President and CEO of Syseca Inc., an information technology, software development and system integration provider and a U.S. subsidiary of Thales Group (formerly Thomson), an $8 billion multinational corporation. Pourzanjani joined Syseca in 1992 and was instrumental in developing the near start-up company into a market and technology leader.

Pourzanjani was named Ernst & Young's 2005 Entrepreneur of the Year in Los Angeles and was a national finalist in the Services category in November 2006.

Pourzanjani holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Colorado.
