November 20, 2008; 08:56 AM

LAS VEGAS, Nev./EWORLDWIRE/Nov. 20, 2008 --- Murray Owen, an individual and plaintiff, v. Rocketinfo was awarded on November 6, 2008 by the District Court Clark County, Nev. (Case Number A530571) the Web site domain name portfolio of Rocketinfo, a publicly traded company listed under the trading symbol OTC BB: RKTI. The domain names were ordered transferred to Murray Owen by the District Court as a means of satisfying registered judgments in Nevada (Case Number A530571) and California (Case Number 07CC00925) against Rocketinfo.

The Rocketinfo domain names awarded were: rocketnews.net, rocketnews.org, rocketnews.com, rocketinfo.org, rocketinfo.net, and rocketinfo.com. Alexa (http://www.alexa.com), a Web information company that measures Web site traffic, estimates the average weekly traffic rank at 182,761 measured as page views and users. Compete (http://www.compete.com), a similar Web information company, ranks Rocketnews.com at 106,154 of the one million top U.S. Web sites.

Commenting on the judgment, Owen stated that, "The award by the Nevada Court recognizes Rocketinfo's failure to comply with the Nevada and California court judgments and helps facilitate the judgment of the court on my behalf."
