A domain name portfolio of 240 domain names that are town specific serving the hottest real estate markets in the nation including Arizona, Florida and Nevada are being offered for sales by Lead Lease.

Lead Lease has announced that they will be accepting bids on their portfolio of ''buy, sell and list'' real estate domain names through the end of business today.

Ray Whitmer, CEO said, ''We have a current offer of $134,000.00 for this powerful portfolio which we have agreed to respond to by 10 am EST on March 3, 2006. We encourage any and all interested parties to put forth any bids exceeding this offer before the end of business today. The winning bidder will be notified at 10 am EST tomorrow.''

Mr. Whitmer added, ''Having multiple locations on the internet just makes good business sense. If you have several "town and service specific" web addresses that are coupled with a good optimization program, you can attract tens of thousands of buyers every day. If Florida builders spent just a fraction of what they do in newspaper advertising on a good Internet marketing plan, they would have a backlog of homes instead of a growing inventory. The huge group of retiring baby boomers is searching the net for their Florida retirement home in a big way. We can show any builder, real estate professional, or entrepreneur how to attract tens of thousands of these very affluent buyers as well as international buyers from around the world.''

To recieve a complete list of domain names and extensions contained in the portfolio, please send a request to the following email: [email protected].

According to the company, Lead Lease has reached an agreement with an Orlando web developer to launch nearly 150 information web portals serving Arizona, Bahamas, Florida tourism, worldwide business travelers, and the mortgage and lending business. ''The build out of these 150 web portals will certainly keep us busy for the next couple of years which is what prompts the sale of the Arizona and Florida real estate portfolio,'' Mr. Whitmer said.
