CrystalTech Adds Additional Merchant Services and Domains

November 8, 2004; 04:11 AM

( - CrystalTech Web Hosting Inc., a subsidiary of Newtek Business Services and a leading provider of Windows- based web hosting, announced that it has further expanded its services for merchants through a partnership with U.S. Legal Forms ( and a larger selection of domain extensions available for registration.

U.S. Legal Forms (USLF) is the original and premier site for legal forms on the Internet. USLF offers over 36,000 different legal forms for every state, covering a wide array of different specialties including numerous corporate forms, such as articles of incorporation, limited liability company (LLC) formations and stock certificates. This partnership benefits all CrystalTech customers with a substantial discount off any legal forms ordered from USLF.

USLF employs a staff of legal professionals who continually update and revise forms to comply with the laws of each state. Most forms are available for immediate download, and many can be sent through the mail if necessary. Along with its extensive collection of legal forms, USLF also maintains an online bookstore that carries legal texts covering a large variety of issues.

In addition, CrystalTech has expanded its options available for customers seeking to register new domain registrations. Along with .com, .net and .org which were previously offered, the company now offers the .biz, .info, .name and .us extensions as well. CrystalTech is able to offer all seven extensions at the same low rate of $8.50 per year, furthering enhancing their partnership with INWW.

Both the new domain registrations and the USLF partnership are being offered as extensions to CT Merchant, CrystalTech's recently announced merchant account and payment gateway services. Each of these newly released services enable CrystalTech to provide a one-stop solution for small and medium-sized businesses that wish to have an e-commerce website and require more support for their day-to-day operations.

"When you consider our new merchant services solution and our other value-added services, CrystalTech is moving beyond merely being a web hosting provider and expanding to become a small and medium-sized business resource," said Tim Uzzanti, President and CEO of CrystalTech. "Our goal is to become a central point of contact for small business and provide them the online tools they need to become more efficient."
