The first auction of the series, entitled "Summer Stimulus," begins July 16 at noon PDT / 3:00 p.m. EDT and concludes July 21 at 12:15 p.m. PDT / 3:15 p.m. EDT. It will feature domain names available with low or no reserve pricing. Subsequent auction events will begin the second Tuesday of every month and end two days later on the second Thursday.

Anyone can submit domains to be considered for inclusion in the monthly SnapNames Showcase Auctions. Buying trends at both SnapNames and Moniker indicate that domains related to finance, shopping and the Internet are currently very popular. Owners of domains in these categories are encouraged to submit. Submission criteria include:

• Must be one- or two-word domains.
• Domains in popular e-commerce and/or search engine category (e.g. finance, debt relief, jobs, - shopping) will be given preference.
